My Book Has Been Published!

Roger Lynn is an experiential mystic – lover of life – photographer – flute player – poet – hiker – hot spring soaker – expresser of gratitude – blessed beyond the capacity of words to express. He currently lives in Boulder, CO.

I’d love to hear from you!

One year to write – Twelve years to procrastinate – A couple of intense months to edit and format.

I am pleased to announce that my book, Keeping My Feet Firmly Planted in the Flow: a Year of Journeying Through Grief & Gratitude, is now available to order on Amazon, in both Kindle eBook and Paperback formats.

On March 7, 2010, after two weeks in the hospital, my wife, Veronica Lassen, died. This book is a compilation of the posts I shared with family and friends on the Caring Bridge web-site during the time she was in the hospital, and over the course of the following year. Told through a series of journal entries, written in real time, this book offers the reader a front row seat as one man ponders and reflects his way through this story of love and loss, grief and gratitude, healing and wholeness. The experience of grief is unique for each person who travels this path, and yet there are lessons and gifts to be found as we enter into another person’s story. Discover what is possible when the journey is shared with open and honest vulnerability.
